How you heard about me, if you tell me

Like most websites, this site may also record basic technical information, such as your browser type, device, IP address and the pages you visit. This helps keep the site secure and working well. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam. Google’s use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

How I use your information

To schedule, perform and follow up on your service
To send appointment, estimate and service reminders, and occasional service-season notices (see “Text messages” below)
To keep my business records and, if needed, to follow the law
To keep this website secure and working properly

Who I share it with

I do not sell your personal information. I do not share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Mobile information: your mobile phone number and your text message opt-in and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

I do use a few service providers that help me run the business, such as website hosting, email, estimating and scheduling software, and phone and text messaging services. They may handle your information only to provide those services to me. I may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of people or property.

Text messages

If you ask to be contacted by text, I may text you about your appointment, your estimate and your service, plus occasional service-season notices. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. The full details are on the Text Messaging Terms page.

How long I keep it, and how I protect it

I keep your information for as long as I need it to serve you and to keep normal business records, and then I delete or de-identify it. I use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no website or system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Your choices

Texts: reply STOP to any message, or call or email me, and I will stop texting you.
Emails and calls: tell me you would rather not be contacted this way and I will honor that.
Your information: you can ask me what I have about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it by emailing or calling the contact details below.
